Exporting your contacts from Klaviyo

Export a list or segment

1. Go to Audience > Lists & segments.
2. Open the list or segment you want.
3. Click Manage list (or Manage segment), then Export list to CSV (or Export segment to CSV).
4. Choose which properties to include. Email, First Name and Last Name are all we need. Picking only those keeps the file small.

Large exports can take a few minutes. Exports from the last 30 days are under Settings > Other > Downloads. You need an Owner, Admin or Analyst role to export.

Everyone in your account

Klaviyo exports lists and segments, not the whole account at once. To export everyone, create a segment that includes all your profiles, then export that segment.

Then clean it

Upload the CSV on Clean a list. Pick Klaviyo as the format in Build your clean list so the headers match. To stop emailing the bad addresses, see Removing bad addresses from your email tool.
