Unused credits

Within 30 days of purchase, you can ask for a full refund on any credits you haven't used.

Used credits

Credits already spent on checks can't be refunded, because the checks have already been run.

If our results were wrong

If your clean list doesn't meaningfully lower your bounce rate on a real send, contact us within 14 days of that send and include the bounce report from your email tool. We'll review it and refund if our results were materially off.

How to ask

Email support@listbouncer.com from your account's email address, with Refund in the subject line. We aim to reply within two business days.
