How credits work

One credit per address

Cleaning one email address uses one credit. A list of 3,000 unique addresses uses 3,000 credits.

Not charged:

• Duplicates. We check each address once, however many times it appears.
• Malformed rows. Blank cells and values that aren't email addresses.
• Single checks without a definite answer. Check one email only uses a credit when we get a clear yes or no.

Credits never expire

Pay once and use your credits whenever you need them, this month or next year. There's no subscription and nothing renews.

Every new account starts with 100 free credits. No card needed.

Buy them from Credits and billing in your dashboard. Credits are added as soon as the payment goes through, and the same page shows your credit history.
