Exporting your contacts from MailPoet
Get your MailPoet subscribers into a CSV in under a minute, ready to clean.
Updated October 7, 2026
Export your subscribers
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to MailPoet > Subscribers.
- Click Export at the top of the page.
- Choose the lists or segments you want. If you pick more than one, they're combined into one file.
- Choose the fields. Email, first name and last name are all we need, and they're included by default.
- Choose CSV as the format and export.
If the download doesn't start on its own, a download link appears at the top of the page.
Then clean it
Upload the file on Clean a list. We'll find the email and name columns automatically.
When it's done, pick MailPoet as the format in Build your clean list so the headers match MailPoet's import. To take the bad addresses out of MailPoet, see Removing bad addresses from your email tool.
