Exporting from Brevo, Kit, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, Shopify and WooCommerce
Where the export button lives in other popular email tools and stores.

Every tool can export contacts to CSV. Here's where to find it. Using something else? Ask us and we'll send you the steps.
Brevo
- Go to CRM > Contacts. Load nothing to export everyone, or use Load a list or segment.
- Tick the checkbox at the top of the CONTACT column, then Select all contacts.
- Click More actions > Export.
- Choose your attributes. EMAIL is selected by default. Choose a comma (
,) as the separator. - Click Start export, then download the file from the bell icon notifications.
Kit (formerly ConvertKit)
- Go to Subscribers.
- Click the Status button and choose Confirmed subscriber.
- Tick the top checkbox, then click Select all. Without this you only get the current page.
- Click the three dots (⋮) and choose Export.
Kit emails you a download link. It expires after 5 days.
MailerLite
- Go to Subscribers.
- Use the Active subscribers drop-down to pick the status or group you want.
- Use the drop-down next to the Subscriber column to select all subscribers, not just the visible page.
- Click Actions > Export CSV.
Only columns that are visible get exported, so make sure Email is showing. You need admin access.
ActiveCampaign
- Everyone: go to Contacts, click the three dots (...) at the top right, choose Export, pick your fields and click Export.
- One list: go to Contacts > Lists, open the list, leave the Status drop-down on Active, and click Export.
Exports run in the background. Download them from Contacts > Exports. Links last 7 days.
Shopify
- In your Shopify admin, go to Customers and click Export.
- Choose All customers (or the customers matching your filters).
- Choose Plain CSV file and click Export customers.
More than 50 customers and Shopify emails you the file instead of downloading it straight away.
WooCommerce
WooCommerce doesn't have a dedicated customer export. The quickest built-in route is the Customers report:
- Go to WooCommerce > Customers and set any filters you want.
- Click Download at the top right of the table.
Small results download straight away. Larger ones are emailed to you.
If you send newsletters with MailPoet, export from MailPoet instead. See Exporting your contacts from MailPoet.
