What happens to your data

Your uploaded file

Your CSV is processed in memory and never written to disk. Before it leaves your browser, we strip out every column except the email and name columns. Once the upload is processed, the file is gone.

Your results

We keep one result row per address, so you can come back to your report and download files later. These stay in your account until you delete them.

Deleting a report

Open the report and use Delete this report at the bottom. That permanently removes the report and every address in it.

Closing your account

Email support@listbouncer.com from your account's email address and we'll close it and remove your data.

We don't sell or share your list

We never sell, rent or share the addresses you upload. We only use them to run your checks.
